These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DeutscheKlar website, mobile apps, and course modules. By registering an account or purchasing a course, you agree to comply fully with these terms.
1. Account eligibility and security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to purchase courses. If the student is a minor, the account must be managed directly under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any unauthorized commercial sharing or distribution of account access will result in immediate suspension without a refund.
2. Intellectual property rights
- All proprietary text, video curriculum, grammar structures, case tables, and custom digital learning materials hosted on DeutscheKlar are the sole intellectual property of the Institute.
- Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to view the materials. Downloading, recording, or duplicating materials for distribution on external channels is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Indian copyright laws.
3. Service access and modifications
While we aim for 99.9% uptime for our web app and system servers, scheduled system updates and maintenance windows may occur. DeutscheKlar reserves the right to upgrade, modify, or phase out specific platform features to enhance the overall learning velocity of our cohort ecosystem.
4. Jurisdiction & governing law
These terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of your relationship with the Institute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
